Background Agholor Odimegwu was born into the family of Mr. and Mrs. Oyeator Agholor in Idumu-Isogban, Igbogili-Abavo in Ika South Local Government Area of Delta State. Agholor Odogwu worked for Delta State Government as Secondary School Teacher for 24 years and transferred to University of Delta, Agbor in 2022. as Assistant Lecturer. Research areas of interest are Environmental, Medical and Food Microbiology. He belongs to American Society of Microbiology. (ASM).
Education Agholor Odimegwu started his primary education at Igbogili Primary School Abavo, were he obtained Primary School Leaving Certificate. He attended St. Charles College Abavo from 1982 – 1987 and Ihu-Iyase Secondary School Agbor-nta, Agbor from 1987 to 1988. He obtained WAEC O/L in both schools. He had his university education in Edo State University, Ekpoma between 1991 and 1995 where He obtained B.Sc. (Hons) in Microbiology. He did his National Youth Service (NYSC) in Pathology Lab Department, State Hospital, Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State from November 1995 to October 1996. He attended Post Graduate Programme with National Teachers Institute (NTI) between 2006 and 2007 and obtained P.G.D.E (Post Graduate Diploma in Education) in 2007. He later proceeded to Ambrose Alli University Ekpoma for master’s degree in environmental microbiology in 2016.
